  Here are the numbers you have shared with me so far.  You seem to be getting your cart moving in some areas but a little stuck in other areas as well. The same suggestions below the data graph still apply, because those things do remain true.  Keep sending me your statistics twice a week so we can track your progress.  Don't get down because you may be stuck.  Things will change, when you are ready to add to your workload and your number of doses.  Keep your cart moving.

So, what does this all mean?
What we can determine from all of the data you have provided me is that you are in a much better position than you were when you joined.  However you seem to be allowing your cart to slow and have started to plateau.  Granted these numbers are a little old and you've recently said you were doing better. Lets try sending in weekly measurements.  I have dates "penciled" in, but whatever weekly schedule works best for you will do.  And don't let those numbers get the best of you, if they slow or stop know that plateaus are normal and temporary.  If they last longer than a week change a part of your routine.  Try getting out of your plateau by increasing the difficulty of your workouts.  Either by speeding up your total workout or adding to it, either by by increasing your count from 5x15 to 6x15 or increasing the weights by 5 to ten pounds. 

I'd suggest a dietary change as well but I'm sure your avoiding bad habits (excessive consumption and not stopping before you are full) and certain food additives like caffeine, as well as not eating too much too late.  Try planning your meal so you won't be hungry before bed time.  And don't starve yourself, you need the calories to grow muscle. 

I also suggest increasing your dose frequency.  You may need to become more forceful with your husband, and just get the doses.  One a day is good and more are better, and if he can't keep up give him a day off every now and then, but get as many as you can. 

I hope these tips help resolve your plateau, and help your motivation.  Remember make every day and every workout count.
